Singapore-based maritime digital solutions company, iO3 and Inmarsat, the world leader in global, mobile satellite communications, have signed an agreement for iO3 to join the fast-growing group of over 40 certified providers offering applications via Inmarsat’s digital solutions Fleet Connect.
JARVISS V.IoT transmits remote ship operation data in near real-time, empowering shore users to make better & informed decisions, thus improving efficiency with this possibility; analysing parameters and performance data such as fuel consumption, engine information, voyage statistics and much more.
With identification of required correlation data parameters and using high-quality business intelligent data analytics, V.IoT allows decision-making processes for goals such as fuel optimization, safety operations, compliance with external regulations, and planned maintenance schedules. This provides for a significant impact on the complete maritime ecosystem.
Fleet Connect is a dedicated bandwidth service that provides connectivity independent of the ship owners’ primary bandwidth, allowing Application Providers to have an always-on, or on-demand, two-way communication channel to the vessel.
