Singapore-based leading maritime SaaS provider, iO3 Pte Ltd, today announced a partnership with Executive Offshore. This partnership is in line with Executive Offshore’s ongoing digitalisation and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) drive. The first pilot project for V.IoT solutions started with the Executive Pride in September 2022. iO3 will be installing the remaining fleet with the smart systems, V.IoT, V.Sight and V.Sion.
With these add-ons to the vessels, Executive Offshore will expect optimisation of vessel performance. The V.IoT system provides key insights on fuel consumption and carbon intensity indexes for the company to continue with decisive actions in ensuring that Executive Offshore vessels further advance towards reducing their carbon emissions.
Executive Offshore will also expect to gain greater accessibility to real-time information and deeper visibility into ship to shore information enabling convenience and accessibility to the Charterers. With V.Sion and V.Sight, the crew onboard as well as shore staff can mitigate lag time and proceed to expedite situations swiftly with sufficient data. Further, in today’s day and age, it fully supports remote inspection during times of offshore delays such as waiting on weather condition.
